Position Summary

The Cache Valley Civic Ballet seeks an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our nonprofit ballet company and school into its next phase of growth and impact. This leadership role oversees fundraising, financial management, operations, marketing, board relations, and community engagement. The Executive Director will work in close collaboration with the Artistic Director, Board of Directors, and School Administrator to ensure the organization’s sustainability and artistic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:    

•    Develop and implement fundraising strategies, including donor cultivation, grants, and events.    

•    In partnership with the Board Treasurer and Artistic Director, oversee financial operations, ensuring fiscal sustainability.    

•    Manage marketing, communications, and audience development.    

•    Support Board governance and strategic planning.    

•    Lead community engagement and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years proven experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or arts administration or marketing.
Strong operational management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Passion for the performing arts and community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with classical ballet.

This is a part-time renewable position guaranteed only for one year. The salary will commensurate with experience. Successful applicants must be located in Cache County, Utah (no remote applicants will be considered).
